About this opportunity:

Albion Staffing Solution has a client in need of an Accounts Payable Clerk. Our client a dairy company located in the Doral area is looking for someone to join their billing team. This is an entry level opportunity that is a temp to perm for the right person.

Job entails processing invoices, scanning invoices and orders into their software system. During audit season will be required to pull copies of orders and invoices. Will be the liaison

with the department heads and clients tracking orders or for billing discrepancies.

Hours are Monday thru Friday 08:00 am - 5:00 pm or can be 07:30 am - 4:30 pm. Once candidate transitions to the companies payroll It will become a hybrid model, 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.

Qualifications:

Experienced with Microsoft office, basic excel and good data entry skills.

Experience processing orders a plus.

Applicants will work in the customer's facility - located in Doral, FL
